Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
To support integration and nervous system balance, I offer biodynamic craniosacral therapy (BCST) ~ a gentle therapy that helps build a sense of safety, assists with regulating the autonomic nervous system, and promotes the body’s innate health and vitality. Sessions are 75 minutes in length, for an investment of $110.

Transformational Containers
Successful re-patterning relies on attunement, safety, trust, commitment and consistency. To enhance your journey, I offer and recommend a transformational container.
The container creates a defined, potent, intentional and sacred space ~ like a womb ~ which promotes the magic of internal shifts.
We will meet either weekly or bi-weekly, whichever is most supportive for you. Sessions can be in person, at my home-based practice in the Creston Valley, or virtual ~ the initial will be 2 hours in length and subsequent sessions approximately 1.5 hours.
To assist with integration between sessions, I provide personal somatic meditation clips and embodiment practices.
Every person's financial circumstances are unique. We will negotiate the investment relationally. We will discover your financial edge ~ the amount that feels like you are making your healing a priority,
yet is also viable for you and for myself.
