Our relationships offer incredible opportunities to see ourselves more clearly. Relational challenge is a part of human existence. Learning how to successfully navigate through inevitable tension, conflict and feelings of mis-attunement is an essential skill and opens us to expand our consciousness. This is also an evolutionary practice ~ requiring intention, care, presence & compassion.

 

I offer sessions to couples, families, friends, colleagues ~ any relationship where there is a willingness from each party to honestly look at themself, and take accountability.

 

Particular emphasis is placed on understanding our early imprinting and how it affects us in relating to others. There is encouragement to grow awareness of, and bring compassion to, our own and each other's imprints.

 

Sessions are two hours in length and take place in-person or virtually, for an investment of $199.
